Introduction
The sponsorship initiative programme is a strategic initiative by Yayasan Peneraju, in collaboration with PEOPLElogy Group and Job Majestic as the skill development partner and JSKILLS as the implementation partner.
This programme is designed to empower Johorean Bumiputera by enabling them to transition into technology-driven careers. Participants will first be matched with employment opportunities at participating companies, followed by targeted, industry-relevant training to equip them with the essential skills required to thrive in the digital economy.

Benefit of Joining

Talent Requirements
Age: 18 – 45 years
Status: Bumiputera working in Johor ONLY
Employment: Newly hired in a tech/digital-related role (between 1st April 2025 - 31st August 2025)

Hosting Company Criteria
Open to all company types and sectors
Company must provide vacancies in technology or digital-related roles
Must commit to supporting participants throughout the training and placement cycle

Training Fee & Allowance Support
100% subsidised training for eligible and newly hired candidates
Allowance Allocation:
-
RM1,500/month for 8 months = RM12,000

Subject to terms and conditions of enrolment and active participation

Letter of Employment Requirement
Participating companies must submit a formal employment letter to Yayasan Peneraju/JSKILLS
The letter must confirm the candidate’s employment in a technology or digital-related role

Eligibility
Must be Johorean Bumiputera only
Age Requirement: 20 to 45 years old
Must be officially hired by a Hosting Company between 1st April 2025 - 31st August 2025
Offer letter is required as verification of employment

Hosting Company Criteria
Open to all types of companies, sectors, and industries
Must be a registered business entity in Malaysia
Must not be under liquidation, dormant, or subject to a winding-up order

Training Requirements
Training is compulsory and must focus on digital or technology-related skills relevant to current industry demands
Training must be aligned to the participant’s job role
Only training conducted by Yayasan Peneraju's Approved Learning & Training Institutions (ALTI) is eligible under this programme

Job Criteria
Must not be internship or apprenticeship-based
Must be a permanent position or a contract of at least 8 months
Job roles must be in tech or digital domains, including but not limited to:
